How happy I am to find your blog! I'm a Nflder and I live away right now. Very close to my dad, but he's a man of few words. Last night he casually mentioned that he had built a 33 foot trap skiff by hand! I was astounded that I had never known that. He even harvested the wood from trees and took it to a sawmill to make planks. Now I want to learn more about boatbuilding because it seems so important. I sure would love to see your boat sometime.
